Bill has experience in the probate system having been conservator for a family member for ten years and since March, has worked as Probate Clerk in the town of Woodstock, serving Judge Gale until she retired.

The Probate Court System in Connecticut is currently being reorganized and soon Woodstock’s Probate Court will be subsumed into a large court which will cover many towns in the area. The judge elected in this election will only serve until such time as the court is reorganized and a general election is held for the Judge who will preside over the large court.

Bill enjoys working with people and looks forward to helping the community of Woodstock as Judge of Probate for a short term until the reorganization of the state Probate Court System is completed.
