Margaret Wholean's Message to Woodstock Voters
Margaret Wholean served Woodstock as First Selectman from November 2005 through November 2007 and as Board of Finance Alternate from 2004 to 2005. As a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor, she has extensive experience in budgeting and finance. She knows the details of the town’s budget and she understands the needs of Woodstock.
As a member of the Board of Finance, I will contribute my firsthand knowledge of Woodstock’s budgeting process and my analytic experience:
