I believe you will find it self-explanatory as well as a real eye opener especially considering the continuing mantra of being “starved for funds with a bare bones maintenance budget”. Particularly disturbing is the redistribution of overestimated Academy tuitions which have yet to be explained coherently. Is this responsible management? You decide.

If you follow the June BOE meeting on the video tape you will note that the Superintendent talks about very few thousand dollars being transfered. The only thing the video could not pick up was the sound of the check writer laboring in his office cutting all the checks for the items listed in his September Power Point presentation that were already purchased and delivered .....Our BOE was never asked and never voted on the transfers until September.
You have to ask one basic question: Why even have a BOE?!
